WETTAQ

Your staff shouldn't be doing work that software can do.

We analyse how your business operates and build custom systems that remove repetitive administration, connect your processes and help your business scale.

WETTAQ — a Maltese word meaning to carry out, execute or accomplish.

That's exactly what we build software to do.

WE DON'T SELL YOU OUR SYSTEM.
WE BUILD YOURS.

Every business operates differently.

WETTAQ starts by understanding how work actually moves through your company — from the moment information enters the business until the job is complete.

We identify unnecessary administration, duplicated work, disconnected systems, repetitive tasks and processes that depend on people remembering what happens next.

Then we build a system around the way your business actually needs to operate.

What we look for

  • Where information enters.
  • Where it gets copied.
  • Where people wait.
  • Where mistakes happen.
  • Where customers need chasing.
  • Where staff have to remember what happens next.
  • Where spreadsheets have become business-critical systems.
  • And where growth simply creates more administration.

YOUR BUSINESS SHOULDN'T DEPEND ON SOMEONE REMEMBERING WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.
YOUR SYSTEM SHOULD KNOW.

END-TO-END OPERATIONS AUTOMATION

2.8×

Order volume

~90%

Less administrative time

ONE

Connected system

FROM 100 ORDERS A MONTH AT ITS LIMIT…
TO 280 ORDERS A MONTH — AND READY FOR 2000+.

An established printing and promotional products company had reached the operational limits of its existing processes.

Sales were not the problem.

The administration required to fulfil those sales was.

The company was processing approximately 100 orders per month.

Every confirmed order triggered a complicated chain of emails, spreadsheets, artwork files, approvals, stock checks, supplier orders, production paperwork, invoicing and follow-up.

As order volume increased, administrative workload increased with it.

Mistakes became increasingly common and further growth would have required additional administrative resources.

The company was considering employing another full-time member of staff simply to help maintain the existing process.

WETTAQ was brought in to solve the underlying problem.

THE WETTAQ APPROACH

WETTAQ mapped the complete journey of an order through the business.

Rather than automating isolated individual tasks, WETTAQ focused on the handoffs between them.

The objective was simple:

Create one operational system capable of moving an order from quotation through to completion without information constantly being copied between disconnected systems.

BEFORE WETTAQ

The client's process before the system was built.

Fourteen handoffs across disconnected systems. No single place that knew the truth. Every order depended on somebody remembering what happened next.

And the software problem

The problem wasn't only the amount of human administration.

The business had accumulated multiple pieces of software to perform different parts of the process. Email. Spreadsheets. Accounting software. Artwork and graphics software. File storage. Documents. Approval processes. Payment systems. Other specialist applications.

Each solved an individual problem.

But none of them understood the whole business.

Information had to move manually between them.

Staff had to learn multiple systems.

Subscriptions accumulated.

And every connection between two systems depended on a person.

MULTIPLE SUBSCRIPTIONS.

MULTIPLE LOGINS.

MULTIPLE SYSTEMS.

MULTIPLE SOURCES OF INFORMATION.

ONE BUSINESS.

WETTAQ BUILT ONE SYSTEM.

The fragmented workflow was replaced with a custom operational platform built specifically around the client's business.

WETTAQ DIDN'T JUST AUTOMATE THE WORK.
IT CONSOLIDATED THE TOOLS DOING IT.

Over time, businesses accumulate software.

One system handles customers. Another handles orders. Another handles artwork. Another handles stock. Another handles approvals. Another handles payments. Another handles reporting.

Then people become the integration between them.

They copy information.

They download files.

They upload them somewhere else.

They update spreadsheets.

They check whether another system has been updated.

They pay subscription after subscription for software that still requires people to connect everything together.

The system WETTAQ built brings the client's processes together around one central record and one connected workflow.

THE RESULT

Before

~100

Orders / month

The administrative process had reached its practical limit.

After WETTAQ

~280

Orders / month

Still growing — with a clear path to 2,000+ orders per month without additional staff.

Administration

~90%

Reduction in administrative processing time

Approximately 280 orders can now be processed per month using roughly one tenth of the administrative time previously required to process a month's workload — and no additional staff were hired.

Errors

DRAMATICALLY REDUCED

Process-related errors fell sharply once information stopped being copied between disconnected systems.

Scalability

READY FOR 2,000+ ORDERS PER MONTH

The administrative ceiling was removed. The business can scale to 2,000+ orders per month without adding headcount to handle the process.

THEY THOUGHT THEY NEEDED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE.
THEY NEEDED A BETTER SYSTEM.

The company had considered adding another full-time administrative role to maintain the existing process.

Instead, WETTAQ redesigned the process itself.

The resulting system doesn't just make individual tasks faster.

It connects the entire operation.

WETTAQ

YOUR BUSINESS WILL BE DIFFERENT.

The printing company's problems were specific to its operation.

Yours will be different.

That's why WETTAQ doesn't sell a pre-built package.

We analyse your operation, identify where time and money are being lost, and build around your business.

YOUR STAFF SHOULDN'T BE THE API BETWEEN YOUR SOFTWARE.

If someone has to take information from one system and manually put it into another, the systems aren't really connected.

That's exactly the kind of work we look for.

What we automate

We build around the business. These are examples of what a system can absorb — not a product catalogue.

WETTAQ Business Automation Audit

WHAT DOES YOUR “BEFORE” LOOK LIKE?

Show us how your business currently operates.

We'll look for repetitive administration, duplicated work, unnecessary handoffs, disconnected systems and processes that depend too heavily on human memory.

Then we'll show you what could realistically be automated.

If we cannot identify an opportunity capable of delivering significantly more value than the system costs, we won't recommend building it.

Why WETTAQ?

WETTAQ comes from Maltese — the language of our home — and means to carry out, execute or accomplish. That's exactly what we build software to do.

YOUR STAFF SHOULDN'T BE DOING WORK THAT SOFTWARE CAN DO.

We build custom business systems that remove repetitive administration, connect your processes and help your business scale.
